From the first conversation Natalie was very professional, knowledgeable, calm, and caring.

She spent time getting to know us and our puppy before agreeing to watch him.

We were looking for a boarding option, but he was also in need of training, and we quickly knew that he could benefit from a week-long board and train with Natalie.

She kept in touch and reassured us while we were away, and when we came back we

were blown away by the progress Oakley had made!

She then spent time teaching us how to reinforce what he learned and it definitely paid off.

Over the last year since then, Oakley has had several sleepovers, and we could not

think of leaving him with anyone else, as he is well taken care of and all of his needs met.
